Ingredients

  • 24 oz of Salmon
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 stick butter thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Rub salt and pepper on salmon.

Place salmon skin down on baking sheet. Top with 1/2 stick of butter and bake until opaque, about 10-12 mins

Meanwhile, heat 1/2 stick butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Stir to combine
